Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of HR / HR Director to anchor the people engine of the Create HerFuture Initiative. In the specialized sector of social impact and professional development, success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity recruitment with the clinical precision required for HR systems design, policy development, and organizational culture. This role is designed for a "Cultural Architect" with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5+ years of leadership experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing compliance and systems) with the "Strategic Agility" required to build a world-class HR function from the ground up.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Build and oversee rigorous recruitment and selection processes, ensuring every hire acts as a "Source of Mission Alignment."
Systems Architecture: Design and implement high-fidelity HR systems (HRIS, payroll, and performance tracking), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for data-driven people decisions.
Onboarding Stewardship: Lead the integration of new talent into the initiative, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Immersion" and professional readiness.
2. Policy Resilience & Compliance Logic
Governance Sovereignty: Create and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring the organization acts as a "Source of Professional Integrity."
Compliance Architecture: Ensure unwavering adherence to Nigerian labor laws and international best practices, acting as the "Source of Regulatory De-risking."
Documentation Stewardship: Maintain high-fidelity personnel records and documentation, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in audits and internal reviews.
3. Cultural Integrity & People Power
Culture Sovereignty: Develop and lead initiatives that foster a strong, positive, and inclusive organizational culture, acting as the primary "Source of Employee Engagement."
Management Architecture: Provide expert guidance on people management and conflict resolution, ensuring the workforce remains a "Source of Harmonious Productivity."
Leadership Logic: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on human capital strategy, utilizing 5+ years of leadership experience to optimize the "Source of Organizational Impact."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
