Job Description:
- We are hiring an experienced local leader to build and manage our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage business from the ground up.
- Our clients include factories, industries, banks, schools, petrol stations, shopping malls, mines and various institutions across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategy for C&I energy storage and solar+storage solutions.
- Acquire and manage clients including factories, industries, banks, schools, petrol stations, malls, mines and corporate accounts.
- Oversee full sales cycle: client meetings, site survey, proposal, negotiation, contract signing and payment collection.
- Lead, train and manage the local sales and support team to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering team for site inspection, project execution and after-sales service.
- Maintain good relations with regulatory bodies, local authorities and key partners.
- Ensure smooth daily operation and development of the C&I business division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Admin or related fields
- 3 - 5 years working experience in solar energy, energy storage, electrical construction or industrial sales in Nigeria.
- Male candidate, age 30–45 years old, based in Lagos.
- Existing network and client base in C&I sector (industry, banking, education, petroleum, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Proven team management and business development experience.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Honest, reliable, result-focused, able to work under pressure and travel within Nigeria.
- Familiarity with Alaba market, Lagos industrial environment and compliance is highly preferred.
