Job Description:

• The Head, Maintenance is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the maintenance strategy across all EatNGo production facilities and outlets.
•  The role ensures optimal performance, safety, reliability, and compliance of all equipment, utilities, and facilities while minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and supporting business growth in a high-volume FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the maintenance strategy across all facilities and outlets
• Ensure high equipment uptime and minimal unplanned downtime in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of production, kitchen, refrigeration, and utility equipment
• Manage and develop multi-site maintenance teams, driving performance and accountability
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to support uninterrupted operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to reduce equipment failures
• Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
• Oversee asset management, maintenance records, and use of CMMS systems
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support audits, equipment upgrades, and new site commissioning
• Track and report maintenance KPIs including uptime, downtime, and maintenance costs

Requirements:

• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and vendor management
• Track record of driving equipment uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• High attention to detail with a strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure FMCG environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10  years hands-on maintenance/engineering experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, QSR, or hospitality operations
• At least 4–5 years in a senior maintenance leadership role managing teams across multiple sites
• Proven experience ensuring effective operation and maintenance of utility equipment in a high-volume FMCG environment.
