•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification with 7+ years’ experience in loan recovery or credit risk management.
• Proven success in implementing recovery frameworks and meeting recovery targets.
• Excellent negotiation and debt restructuring skills.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of debt recovery.
