Job Description:

• Are you an Internal Audit leader ready to shape governance at the highest level?
• At Ouranos Technologies Ltd, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Internal Audit to lead our independent assurance function and strengthen governance across a fast-growing technology business.
• This is more than an audit role—it’s an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, enhance enterprise risk management, drive financial and operational excellence, and champion a culture of integrity and accountability.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Financial Control.
• ACA (ICAN) or ACCA (mandatory).
• Strong leadership experience in complex organisations.
• Expertise in risk-based auditing, financial governance, IT audit, regulatory compliance, and fraud risk management.
• A passion for building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
