Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of HR to anchor the talent engine of our Fintech organization. In the hyper-competitive and highly regulated financial corridor of Lekki, success is defined by "Cultural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize disruptive innovation with the clinical precision required for Succession Planning, Labor Law Compliance, and Niche Talent Acquisition. This role is designed for a "Human Capital Architect" with 10+ years of leadership experience who can blend "Advocacy Grit" (challenging traditional thinking) with the "Strategic Agility" required to partner with executives on Workforce Resilience.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Workforce Governance

  • HR Sovereignty: Develop and lead HR strategies aligned with investment banking goals, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Alignment."

  • Succession Architecture: Partner with executives to shape workforce planning and leadership pipelines, providing the "Strategic Foundation" for long-term growth.

  • Innovation Stewardship: Passionately advocate for new thinking and challenge traditional HR models to drive a "Source of Competitive Edge."

2. Talent Resilience & Performance Logic

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Oversee the recruitment of top-tier investment banking and fintech professionals, acting as the primary "Source of Niche Talent."

  • System Architecture: Lead performance management systems tailored to high-pressure finance roles, ensuring the "Source of Meritocratic Excellence" remains intact.

  • Engagement Stewardship: Foster a culture of collaboration, resilience, and ethical conduct, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Integrity."

3. Compliance Integrity & Risk Power

  • Regulatory Sovereignty: Ensure HR policies meet strict labor laws and financial sector regulations, acting as the "Source of Legal Security."

  • Audit Architecture: Oversee audits and reporting for HR-related compliance, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for risk mitigation.

  • Compensation Logic: Design competitive and compliant compensation packages, utilizing 10+ years of leadership expertise to optimize the "Source of Talent Retention."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership, preferably within Financial Services, Fintech, or Investment Banking.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws and financial industry compensation regulations.
