Job Description:
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the group’s business goals, identifying key HR issues and providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Establish clear HR objectives that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee recruitment, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training, records management, safety, succession planning, employee relations, and labor relations across the group.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, anticipating legislative changes and advising management accordingly.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote positive employee relations through grievance resolution, participation, consultation, and negotiation with representative bodies.
Lead the effective implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
Policy Development & Implementation
Lead the development, coordination, and auditing of HR policies and initiatives across all departments.
Communicate and enforce organizational values through updated policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Financial & Resource Management
Prepare and manage HR budgets and financial strategies, forecasting trends and aligning resources to meet HR goals.
Assist executive management with salary productivity targets and compensation reviews.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Collate and analyze HR metrics including turnover rates, time-to-fill, and goal achievement, initiating corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and impact.
Participate in committees, special projects, and professional development activities to stay current with HR best practices.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring seamless HR operations and interdepartmental coherence.
Support department managers on personnel matters and enhance their HR management capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators:
Reduction in turnover rates, particularly among high performers.
Efficiency in achieving organizational HR goals and milestones.
Timeliness and effectiveness of policy deployment and compliance.
Improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years post-graduation experience, including comprehensive full-cycle HR responsibilities.
- Alternatively, 4 additional years of relevant HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret HR data effectively.
- Possession of recognized professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, CIPM, PHRi, or SPHRi is highly desirable.
