We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Energy & Utilities Projects to anchor the infrastructure engine of Bridge Gap Consults. In a specialized national landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the regulatory approval and the precision of the electrical load success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize end-to-end project execution with the clinical precision required for DisCo Engagement, Solar PV Deployment, and Commercial Modeling. This role is designed for a "Power Architect", specifically a professional with at least 6 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (providing oversight on electrical systems and infrastructure) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate Nigeria's complex energy regulatory environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Lead the end-to-end development of energy projects with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Excellence."

• Technical Architecture: Provide high-fidelity oversight on electrical systems and solar PV infrastructure, providing the "Structural Foundation" for grid-tied and off-grid reliability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Standing" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Commercial Logic

• Stakeholder Sovereignty: Engage and influence DisCos, regulators, and government bodies, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Access."

• Partnership Architecture: Develop high-level proposals and commercial models, providing the "Functional Foundation" for project bankability and revenue growth.

• Standards Stewardship: Execute projects within budget and quality benchmarks, maintaining the "Source of Operational Performance."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Nationwide Sovereignty: Oversee project delivery across diverse geographical zones from the Abuja hub, acting as the primary "Source of Centralized Control."

• HSE Architecture: Maintain rigid safety and health standards across all project sites, providing the "Relational Foundation" for workforce security.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 6+ years of Power/Infrastructure expertise to accelerate the "Concept-to-Commissioning" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Energy Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

• Advantage: A Master’s degree or MBA is highly valued.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in energy, power, or infrastructure (with 2 years in a leadership role).

• Technical Power: Deep experience working with utilities (DisCos), regulators, and energy stakeholders.
