Job Description:

• Oversee effective administration of cash management and maintain strict vault access control.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and prevent exceptions, penalties, or fines.

• Conduct regular reviews of operational reports and internal ledgers.

• Identify and resolve potential failure points or lapses in branch operations.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment to ensure efficient internal customer service delivery.

• Ensure prompt submission of all required regulatory and internal reports.

• Supervise and coordinate Business Office staff to maintain operational efficiency.

• Approve branch-wide transactions in line with operational guidelines.

• Maintain customer service benchmarks and manage customer complaints effectively.

• Ensure adequate training and capacity-building for all staff.

• Coordinate the Bank-wide Cash Management Unit for optimal operations.

• Prepare proofs, reconcile transactions, and monitor regulatory compliance.

• Actively promote the bank’s products and services to build customer interest.

• Drive digital adoption in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor of either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in Branch Operations.
