Job Description:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relation Officer to join our team in Ilorin. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment of arrival. You will serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, informed, and valued.

Requirements:

• Guest Reception: Greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless arrival experience.

• Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Provide accurate, helpful information regarding hotel amenities, room services, and local attractions in Ilorin.

• Check-in/Check-out Excellence: Facilitate efficient and smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest details are processed accurately and time-effectively.

• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address guest needs, resolve concerns with patience, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a comfortable stay.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or guest relations role within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality.

• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet hotel operational requirements.

• Local knowledge of Ilorin and its surrounding areas is an added advantage.
