Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and service-obsessed Guest Experience Expert to anchor the engagement engine of our Ikeja operations. In the specialized landscape of international hospitality, success is defined by "Experience Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize operational transactions with the clinical precision required for Memorable Service, Local Advocacy, and Asset Protection. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (managing check-ins, reports, and physical placements) with the "Strategic Agility" required to transform a standard stay into a unique guest narrative.
Requirements:
1. Interaction Orchestration & Service Governance
Experience Sovereignty: Transform standard check-in/out transactions into memorable guest moments, acting as the primary "Source of Unique Hospitality."
Policy Architecture: Follow all company procedures and maintain high-fidelity confidentiality, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a safe and professional workplace.
Advocacy Stewardship: Share highlights of the local Ikeja area and guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring the "Source of Local Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic
Process Sovereignty: Address guest requests and complete operational reports with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Accuracy."
Physical Architecture: Maintain a hands-on approach (standing, walking, and placing objects up to 10 lbs), providing the "Physical Foundation" for a well-maintained guest environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
