We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and execute the company’s growth and distribution strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion channels.
- Set clear KPIs for acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.
- Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost and maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI across channels.
- Develop offline and online distribution networks where relevant.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner performance.
- Expand product presence across new platforms and ecosystems.
- Build dashboards to monitor acquisition, funnel performance, and growth metrics.
- Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
- Develop retention strategies (email marketing, CRM, automation, loyalty programs).
- Improve user onboarding and engagement flows.
- Implement upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Reduce churn and increase repeat purchase rates.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
- Provide customer insights to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, distribution, or commercial strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proven experience scaling acquisition channels.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets.
- Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).
- Experience in startups, tech, media, fintech, retail, or fast-paced industries is a plus.
