Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Graphics Designer to anchor the visual engine of our organization. In a specialized creative landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the output and the precision of the aesthetic success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize bold ideas with the clinical precision required for Typography, Color Theory, and Multi-Platform Asset Creation. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" with a minimum of SSCE and 1 year of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (brainstorming and independent initiative) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Brand Governance

• Consistency Sovereignty: Maintain absolute brand integrity across every design output, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Truth."

• Conceptual Architecture: Contribute to high-level creative brainstorming and design strategy, providing the "Structural Foundation" for bold, high-impact campaigns.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure every graphic aligns with established color theory and typography standards, ensuring the "Source of Brand Identity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic

• Turnaround Sovereignty: Deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Velocity."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva with millimetric focus, providing the "Functional Foundation" for professional asset production.

• Detail Stewardship: Execute millimetric adjustments in typography and layout, maintaining the "Source of Design Precision."

3. Operational Integrity & Innovative Power

• Initiative Sovereignty: Work independently to bring new concepts to the table, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Initiative."

• Trend Architecture: Stay updated on global visual trends to keep the brand modern and relevant, providing the "Relational Foundation" for audience engagement.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 1 year of hands-on experience to accelerate the production of social media, print, and digital assets, maximizing the "Source of Visual Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of SSCE.

• Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in graphics design.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.

• Domain Mastery: Strong understanding of Color Theory, Typography, and Visual Trends.

• Preferred Attribute: Ideally a Male candidate.
