Job Description:

• We are seeking a Graphic Designer to conceptualize and produce digital and print designs for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and corporate communications.
• The ideal candidate will ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, translating complex ideas into clean, aesthetically compelling, and functional layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging layouts for digital marketing banners, social media posts, website graphics, and email templates.
• Print Production: Develop high-quality designs for physical collateral, including brochures, packaging, event signage, and corporate merchandise.
• Brand Custodianship: Apply and preserve company brand guidelines consistently across all creative projects and design assets.
• Concept Collaboration: Partner with marketers, and product teams to brainstorm and storyboard campaign visual directions.
• Multimedia Editing: Basic retouching of photography and creation of short-form motion graphics or animated GIFs for digital ads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• 2–4 years of commercial graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
• A comprehensive, diverse portfolio showcasing strong layout design, typography skills, color theory, and branding work.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of UI/UX design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to articulate design choices clearly, accept constructive feedback openly, and collaborate across teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple design briefs simultaneously under tight publishing deadlines.
