Job Description:

Crescita Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. This remote role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals passionate about crafting visually compelling designs that effectively communicate ideas and strengthen brand identity. You will collaborate in an agile environment to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets, including logos, banners, and other marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

• Use Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to develop and refine creative assets.

• Adapt designs for multiple formats, such as social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.

• Work in an agile environment, meeting deadlines and project milestones.

• Maintain consistency and brand integrity across all visual communications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including logos, banners, and other design projects.

• Creativity with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
