Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Ajah. In this role, you will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into high-impact visual narratives. You will handle everything from foundational brand identity systems to dynamic social media assets, ensuring that our brand remains consistent, professional, and visually compelling across all physical and digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple design sprints simultaneously while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail and brand integrity.

Requirements:

Design & Brand Development

• Creative Execution: Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and web assets.

• Identity Systems: Develop unique visual concepts, logos, and full brand identity systems that strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.

• Concept Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, creative ideas that push the brand’s visual boundaries.

Digital Media & Multimedia

• Platform Optimization: Design and optimize graphics tailored for social media, websites, and email campaigns to ensure high engagement and fast loading times.

• Multimedia Content: Create infographics, basic animations, and other multimedia assets to simplify complex information and enhance digital storytelling.

• Visual Consistency: Ensure a seamless and consistent visual experience for users across every digital touchpoint.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with marketing teams and copywriters to ensure all designs align with specific project goals and messaging.

• Workflow Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance without compromising quality.

• Communication: Effectively present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

• Tracking: Use project management tools to track progress and maintain transparency with the wider team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Creative Arts, or a related field.

• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a range of work across print and digital media (mandatory).

• Location: Candidates residing in or near Ajah, Lagos, are preferred.

Technical Skills

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.

• Layout & Typography: Deep understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Web Awareness: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing for web-responsive layouts.
