Job Description:
- We're seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our graduate training program in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Machinist Specialist.
- As a Graduate Training Engineer, you'll work on designing, developing, and testing machine tools and components, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Assist in designing and developing machine tools and components, including CNC machines and precision engineering components.
- Machining and Fabrication: Participate in machining and fabrication of components, using CNC machines and manual machining techniques.
- Testing and Validation: Test and validate machine tools and components, analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of machined components.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mechanical engineering and machining technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong academic record and a passion for mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of machining principles and practices..
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility or machine shop.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with CNC programming and operation.
- Knowledge of precision engineering and metrology.
