Job Description:

• We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Account Associates (Trainees) to join our team.
• This entry-level role provides hands-on training in retail account management, customer engagement, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing assigned retail accounts and supporting account executives in daily operations.

• Support customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Participate in product promotions, merchandising, and stock management.

• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support account growth strategies.
• Attend training sessions to build skills in sales, customer relations, and account management.

• Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service principles (added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
