Job Description:

• We are seeking smart, motivated, and trainable graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in the Downstream Retail segment of the Oil & Gas industry.
• This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail operations, station management, customer engagement, and fuel product sales through structured training and real-world exposure.
• As a Graduate Trainee, you will go through intensive training sessions, on-the-job learning, and departmental rotations to gain a solid understanding of the operations, compliance, sales, and supply chain aspects of the oil and gas retail business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
• No prior work experience required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the downstream oil and gas retail sector.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible and open to working in different locations or shifts as required.
