We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking passionate and motivated Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our dynamic team across Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, and Electrical disciplines.
• This program offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical exposure, technical skills, and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs covering technical, operational, and safety aspects of mining operations.
• Assist senior engineers in the design, analysis, and optimization of mining processes and equipment.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform field measurements, data collection, and report preparation under supervision.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for safe and efficient mining operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng/B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 0 – 1 year post-NYSC work experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in a mining site environment.
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
