We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking passionate and innovative recent graduates in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees.
• This program offers hands-on experience and structured training aimed at grooming high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.
• Carry out equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
