We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Carlcare Nigeria is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join its dynamic team.
• This program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience, structured learning, and professional development opportunities within our organization.
• As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain valuable exposure to different business functions, build a solid foundation for your career, and contribute to the continued success of Carlcare Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs across different business units.
• Support daily operations under the supervision of experienced managers.
• Contribute to projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
• Gain practical knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and deliver results

Requirements:

• A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates from Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are particularly encouraged to apply)
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must be 26 years or younger.
• Must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
