Job Description:

• The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to help young graduates gain practical work experience, develop professional skills, and build a successful career path.
• Selected candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real business operations across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training sessions and workshops
• Assist departments with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Support customer service and client communication activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Work with team members on assigned projects and business tasks
• Learn company policies, procedures, and business strategies
• Conduct basic research and data entry when required
• Attend meetings and provide feedback on assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Must be a recent graduate or currently serving NYSC member
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
