Job Description:
- The Graduate Trainee (Administration) is responsible for supporting administrative operations while undergoing structured training to develop professional, technical, and organizational skills.
- The role is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical workplace experience in office management, documentation, coordination, and general administrative support to enhance overall organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in performing daily administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and record keeping.
- Provide support in preparing reports, memos, and official correspondence.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes when required.
- Support the coordination of office activities and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
- Maintain proper documentation and update administrative records and databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Salary
