Job Description:

- Successful candidates will receive structured training and onboarding, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in business development, recruitment consulting, and executive search.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client acquisition and business development activities.
- Identify and engage top talent to meet client hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Work within a target-driven structure to achieve recruitment and sales goals.
- Provide talent advisory support to clients across various industries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or social science related discipline
- 0–2 years of experiencein sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
