LOAN COLLECTIONS ADVISOR.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday

Job Responsibilities:
• Contact customers with overdue loan payments via calls, emails or SMS to ensure timely recovery
•Deliver top notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
•Professionally negotiate repayment plans.
• Meet communicated recovery targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:
- Fresh graduates (NYSC completed)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident phone etiquette & professionalism.
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
