Job Description:
Graduate Human Resources Internship Programme 2025:
- At FirstExcelsia, we place emphasis on growing talents. We offer paid internship opportunities for graduates and undergraduates to gain practical experience in developing & deploying bespoke + glocalised HR solutions.
- This internship programme however, is strictly for Corps Members who have been deployed to Lagos State.
Requirements:
Basic Selection Criteria:
- Applicant must be a Batch A Stream 2 Corps Member currently deployed to Lagos State.
- Second Class Upper Division from a recognised institution.
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Candidate must not be older than 28 years.
- Good research skill.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other Opportunities:
- Interns who meet set expectations within the internship period will be given the opportunity to be absorbed as full time staff and kick off a career in HR and Management Consulting
