Job Description:
We are seeking a distinguished and high-velocity General Manager to anchor our premier hospitality brand in the Lekki/Ikate luxury corridor. In the elite Lagos hospitality market, success is defined by "Operational Prestige", the ability to harmonize complex financial P&L management with the invisible, flawless execution of 5-star service. This role is designed for a "Hospitality Architect" with over 10 years of experience who can blend "Hands-on Operational Mastery" with the "Sophisticated Diplomacy" required to engage HNIs, expatriates, and corporate titans.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Dominance and Absolute Brand Integrity." You will be the primary steward of the brand’s legacy and future profitability: responsible for optimizing internal processes via Hotelplus ERP, engineering high-impact digital marketing strategies, and fostering a high-energy, ethical team culture. If you possess "Exceptional Financial Acumen," a track record of driving luxury profitability, and an impeccable professional presence, we want you to lead our flagship operations.
Requirements:
1. P&L Sovereignty & Fiscal Engineering
Profitability Governance: Assume full P&L responsibility, implementing aggressive cost-optimization strategies and revenue-generation tactics to exceed budgetary targets.
Financial Stewardship: Manage complex budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and financial forecasting with high precision to ensure long-term asset value.
Asset Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights from hotel ERP systems (Hotelplus) to refine operational efficiency and reduce waste across all departments.
2. Brand Ambassadorship & Elite Networking
Relationship Diplomacy: Act as the face of the brand, networking effectively with HNIs, corporate leaders, and the expatriate community to secure high-value partnerships and repeat patronage.
Modern Marketing Mastery: Oversee the brand’s positioning across digital and social media landscapes, ensuring the property remains the preferred destination for the Lagos elite.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in the Lekki/Ikate axis to ensure the brand stays ahead of competitors in luxury offerings and guest experience.
3. 5-Star Service Architecture & Leadership
Operational Flawlessness: Maintain a hands-on presence across all departments—Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security—to ensure service delivery meets 5-star global benchmarks.
Cultural Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an ethical, high-energy environment that prioritizes staff development and guest delight.
SOP Excellence: Develop and enforce rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency, safety, and discretion for all guests.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc / BA in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in hotel management, with at least 3 years at the General Manager level within a verified 5-star establishment.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Hotelplus or equivalent Tier-1 Hotel ERP systems.
