We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The General Manager, Business Services is responsible for driving business growth by leading strategy execution, securing new contracts, and strengthening client relationships.
• The role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence, and robust IT support across departments, while also overseeing talent development and organizational capability.
• Through market research and competitive analysis, the GM provides strategic insights to support informed decision-making and long-term business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
• Oversee the implementation of service level standards and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
• Drive talent development, performance management, and organisational capability building.
• Ensure the availability of robust IT systems to support business operations.
• Provide strategic insights through market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Master’s in Business Administration, or MSc in Management.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as: COREN, Nigerian Institute of Management.
• Minimum of 13 years’ experience across one or two management areas with at least one being Human Resources and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
