Job Description:

Are you a results-driven leader ready to steer a high-growth organization? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to provide comprehensive leadership and direction across all critical business functions, including operations, production, finance, sales & marketing, procurement, HR, and administration.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to the CEO, translating strategic vision into operational excellence and driving transformative growth.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Execution: Partner with the CEO to implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead organisational transformation, process optimization, and the implementation of robust performance management systems.

  • Production & Supply Chain: Oversee end-to-end production, operations, and supply chain management, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and resource utilization.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage comprehensive budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide executive-level leadership to department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with clients, vendors, regulators, and partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Industrial, or Financial Services sectors.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is highly advantageous.

  • Operational Expertise: Proven track record in managing multi-functional business operations and scaling or restructuring businesses.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial understanding with a focus on delivering bottom-line results.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, paired with a strategic mindset and strong execution capability.
