Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite General Manager to anchor our real estate engine in Abuja. In the sophisticated and high-stakes FCT property landscape, success is defined by "Institutional Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-departmental operations with the clinical precision required for asset growth, stakeholder diplomacy, and organizational scaling. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with a strong leadership background and deep roots in Real Estate who can blend "Commercial Grit" (driving revenue and market share) with the "Operational Agility" required to oversee complex project lifecycles.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Growth Governance

• Executive Sovereignty: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate firm, ensuring every department acts as a "Source of Efficiency" and profitability.

• Growth Architecture: Develop and implement high-fidelity expansion strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration" within the FCT and beyond.

• Decision Stewardship: Exercise excellent decision-making skills to navigate complex real estate transactions, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" of the firm’s portfolio.

2. Asset Resilience & Leadership Logic

• Leadership Sovereignty: Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Alignment" and corporate culture.

• Asset Architecture: Oversee the management and development of real estate assets with millimetric focus, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for long-term value appreciation.

• Organizational Logic: Implement robust organizational structures and workflows, ensuring the firm remains a "Source of Reliability" for investors and clients.

3. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Financial Power

• Relationship Sovereignty: Liaise with high-net-worth individuals, regulators, and industry partners with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Institutional Representation."
