Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, people management, finance, and strategic leadership.
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, manage team performance, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the brand’s premium customer service experience.
- This is a leadership role for someone who is diligent, results-oriented, and experienced in running a service-driven business, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set departmental objectives and performance metrics.
- Continuously assess and improve operational systems.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and supervise the daily salon and spa operations.
- Ensure seamless workflow and high operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and cost optimisation.
Team Leadership & Human Resource Oversight:
- Hire, onboard, train, and supervise team members.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor progress.
- Cultivate a strong, motivated, and customer-focused team culture.
- Handle employee relations, schedules, and resolve internal conflicts professionally.
Financial Oversight:
- Prepare budgets and manage salon expenditures.
- Track revenue and expenses to ensure financial health.
- Analyze monthly / weekly reports and adjust business strategies as needed.
Customer & Client Relations:
- Ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.
- Address high-level complaints or service escalations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales & Marketing Supervision:
- Work with marketing and sales teams to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends and adjust offerings based on client demand.
- Support promotional campaigns, pricing decisions, and content execution.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and hygiene policies.
- Anticipate operational risks and implement preventative measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in business operations, general management, or team leadership – preferably in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen – ability to manage budgets and analyse performance.
- Tech-savvy and organised with great time management skills.
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and proactive.
- Must be ready and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Resides within or around Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage.
