Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation API infrastructure and web architecture. In this role, you will be a true "End-to-End" engineer, responsible for everything from the conceptual design of front-end user experiences to the rigorous engineering of high-performance server-side logic. You will manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring our applications are responsive, scalable, and secure. This is a role for a versatile programmer who thrives on solving complex problems and can guide a product from a whiteboard sketch to a fully deployed, automated production environment.

Requirements:

1. Full Stack Architecture & API Design

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead the complete software process from conception to deployment, ensuring that the front-end architecture is seamlessly integrated with robust back-end systems.

• API Infrastructure: Design and develop highly reliable, scalable APIs that serve as the backbone for our web and mobile applications.

• Responsive Design: Collaborate with graphic designers to translate visual concepts into responsive, high-performance web features.

2. Engineering Excellence & Automation

• Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee the building and deployment of software, ensuring that post-deployment upgrades and maintenance are handled with zero downtime.

• Automated Testing: Implement and oversee automated testing frameworks, providing critical feedback to management to ensure code quality and stability.

• Optimization: Modify and refine previously developed programs to improve speed, security, and efficiency.

3. Strategy & Innovation

• Technology Stewardship: Stay at the forefront of developments in web applications, cloud infrastructure, and emerging programming languages.

• Documentation & Standards: Maintain rigorous documentation for all codebases and API endpoints to facilitate team collaboration and future scalability.

• Linux Environment: Manage and optimize applications within Linux-based operating systems to ensure environment consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Programming Mastery

• Server-Side: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, .NET, PHP, or Ruby.

• Front-End: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and modern CSS/HTML.

• Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Core Competencies

• Systems Thinking: A deep understanding of how different parts of a software stack interact to create a cohesive user experience.

• Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex architectural issues and optimize database queries for high-traffic environments.

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.

• Operating Systems: Solid familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
