Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Front Office Manager to lead our reception area. You will serve as the "face" of our company, responsible for setting the tone for every visitor’s experience by ensuring a heartwarming, professional, and efficient welcome. Requirements:

  • Front Desk Leadership: Coordinate all reception activities, ensuring the area is immaculate, well-stocked with essential materials, and operating at peak efficiency.

  • Team Management: Train, supervise, and support front-end staff, including receptionists, security personnel, and call center agents. Manage shift scheduling to ensure consistent coverage.

  • Customer Excellence: Oversee timely and accurate service delivery, handle complex customer complaints or requests, and serve as the primary point of resolution for guest services.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage office supplies, oversee mail distribution, and ensure all security requirements and company policies are strictly adhered to.

  • Financial Administration: Prepare and monitor the office budget; maintain detailed, accurate records of all office expenses and costs.

  • Emergency Response: Act as the first line of defense in troubleshooting emergencies and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; additional certifications in Office Management or Hospitality are a plus.

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Solid mastery of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).

    • Hands-on experience with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

    • Thorough understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures.

Salary

N85,000 - N150,000 monthly.
