Job Description:
Perform front desk administrative duties while delivering exceptional customer service to walk-in and online clients.
Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage online client accounts and develop strategies to boost online sales and website traffic.
Maintain an effective filing and documentation system.
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Update and maintain a database of new and potential clients.
Follow up with existing customers, informing them about new products, price changes, and promotions via SMS, email, or CRM.
Attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Support the department in any other duties as assigned by the Head/Manager.
Requirements:
Candidates must reside in Ikeja and it environs.
