Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Front Desk Officer to anchor the patient-facing engine of our state-of-the-art facility in Wuse 2. In the specialized landscape of premium healthcare, spanning dialysis, diagnostics, and surgical theatres success is defined by "Service Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a warm, "always-smiling" disposition with the clinical precision required for HMO Authorizations, Billing, and Cash Handling. This role is designed for a "Patient Experience Architect" with 1–2 years of healthcare experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling patient concerns with empathy) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage hospital management software and claims reconciliation.
Requirements:
1. Patient Orchestration & Front-End Governance
Impression Sovereignty: Serve as the primary point of contact with a professional and cheerful personality, acting as the primary "Source of Patient Valuation."
Flow Architecture: Register patients and schedule appointments with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for efficient clinic throughput.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain organized patient and financial records, ensuring the "Source of Administrative Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Financial Logic
Billing Sovereignty: Generate accurate bills and collect payments via cash, POS, or transfers, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Integrity."
HMO Architecture: Verify coverage, process approvals, and liaise with providers for claims reconciliation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for insurance-based care.
Fiscal Stewardship: Balance daily transactions and issue receipts with absolute precision, maintaining the "Source of Financial Accountability."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Empathy Sovereignty: Handle patient concerns and complaints with tact and professionalism, acting as the primary "Source of Conflict Resolution."
Clinical Architecture: Coordinate with the nursing, laboratory, and theatre teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless service delivery.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Hospital Management Software to resolve inquiries in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Patient Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role (Healthcare/Hospital setting is highly preferred).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Hospital Management Software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
Attributes: Naturally cheerful, people-friendly, and capable of working under pressure.
