Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our corporate office. You will play a vital role in supporting daily front-desk operations and upholding our company’s corporate image.
Requirements:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and contractors with professionalism; manage walk-ins and maintain an inviting reception area.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage company correspondence and courier services.
Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide scheduling support for management.
Administrative Support: Maintain visitor logs, handle filing, document scanning, and general administrative tasks.
Office Coordination: Support HR and the admin team with office supplies, internal memos, and meeting logistics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: B.Sc or HND in any discipline (courses in Mass Comm, Business Admin, or Office Management are an added advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant in a corporate or technical organization.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes: A neat professional appearance, punctuality, discretion, and a proactive mindset capable of multitasking calmly in a fast-paced environment.
