Westfield Consulting Limited - Our client in the Confectionery business is recruiting qualified and passionate candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative task to ensure smooth operations.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers and provides basic information about products and services.
  • Handles phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manages order bookings, pick-ups, and customer complaints.
  • Maintains a clean, organized reception area and supports daily shop operations.
  • Handles WhatsApp orders and online orders
  • Contributes to team effort when required
  • Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.

Requirements:

  • BSc / HND / ND / NCE in any field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.

Salary

N80,000 / Month
