Job Description:

Venmac Resources Limited, a leader in hospitality management and consultancy, is seeking a vibrant and professional Front Desk Officer to become the face of our operations in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, tasked with creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing administrative flow, and ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional. Requirements:

  • Guest Reception: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, handling check-ins/check-outs and inquiries with grace and efficiency.

  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs. You will answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about our hotel products and services.

  • Digital Presence: Manage select social media inquiries and engagement, ensuring our online reputation reflects our premium service standards.

  • Administrative Support: Handle multi-line phone calls, manage bookings, and perform essential administrative tasks to keep the front office running smoothly.

  • Operational Versatility: Multitask across guest services, data entry, and office coordination in a fast-paced environment.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude at all times to reinforce our brand’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or HND in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 3–10 years of professional experience. Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.

    • Experience with social media management is required.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Profile: A young, energetic, and service-oriented female professional who thrives in a customer-facing role.

Salary

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
