We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We’re looking for a proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, support admin tasks, and coordinate travel and company events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and visitors
  • Handle company correspondence and mail
  • Monitor office supplies and administrative stores
  • Support meetings and company events
  • Arrange employee travel and hotel bookings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
  • Supervise the Office Assistant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • 0–3 years post-graduate experience.
