Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage our front desk operations and lead patient administration. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring seamless service coordination and an efficient clinical experience.
Requirements:
Front Desk Management: Provide a welcoming environment and manage all reception desk operations.
Patient Administration: Handle patient registration, scheduling, and maintain accurate records in our digital management system.
Service Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably within a medical office, hospital, or treatment center.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy is essential, as you will be responsible for data entry and operating our patient management software.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
