Job Description:
Are you the first point of contact for a dynamic organization? Kursi Group is seeking a professional and efficient Front Desk Officer to be the face of our office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff while maintaining seamless front desk operations and providing essential administrative support to drive our daily operational success.
Requirements:
Visitor Management: Greet all guests with a professional, welcoming demeanor; manage visitor identification and access to ensure a secure environment.
Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate redirection to the appropriate personnel.
Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries with high accuracy, escalating complex issues as needed to maintain high service standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous visitor logs and prepare regular status reports for management review.
Scheduling & Support: Coordinate appointment schedules and provide proactive administrative assistance to internal departments.
Office Presentation: Ensure the reception area and communal spaces remain clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with security teams and other departments to streamline front-office workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-office, administrative, or customer-facing role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on interpersonal clarity.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; calm under pressure; highly reliable with a natural customer-service mindset.
