We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team on Enugu-Port Harcourt Road, New Artisan Bridge, Enugu. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, managing visitor flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Requirements:

• Reception Management: Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all visitors, clients, and partners.

• Inquiry Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and physical inquiries with courtesy, ensuring information is relayed accurately and promptly.

• Administrative Support: Assist with essential office tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and managing courier/delivery logs.

• Workspace Maintenance: Ensure the reception and waiting area remain neat, organized, and professional at all times.

• Operational Coordination: Assist with office logistics and act as a reliable point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience: Relevant academic qualifications and prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.

Location: Candidates residing in or around Enugu-Port Harcourt Road/New Artisan Bridge are highly encouraged to apply.
