Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and welcoming Front Desk & Admin Officer to manage our reception area and streamline daily office operations. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our corporate image while providing vital administrative, logistical, and basic financial support to the team.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing office resources, schedules, and vendor relations.
Requirements:
Front Desk & Guest Management: Manage the reception area professionally. Welcome clients and visitors warmly, handle all incoming calls and inquiries, and maintain a secure and orderly lobby environment.
Scheduling & Client Interfacing: Coordinate daily appointments, manage meeting room calendars, and act as a reliable interface for clients on a day-to-day basis.
Records Management: Establish, update, and maintain physical and digital office files, records, and corporate documentation in a highly structured manner.
Inventory & Procurement Control: Take ownership of office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory. Monitor usage levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Petty Cash Management: Handle routine internal petty cash requests, process accurate disbursements, and perform strict financial reconciliations.
Administrative Support: Assist in drafting official correspondence, business letters, memos, and routine reports. Provide logistical support for staff travel arrangements and general office operations.
Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to oversee office maintenance, cleaning, and routine corporate procurement.
Event & Team Support: Assist in the planning and execution of internal company events, facilitate smooth internal communications, and execute other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience working in a front desk, reception, or office administration role within a professional corporate setting.
Technical Proficiencies: Strong basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital calendar management.

High level of integrity for handling petty cash and sensitive corporate documents.

Salary
