Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Flight Operations Auditor to anchor the compliance engine of our airline operations. In a specialized aerospace landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the audit and the precision of the safety protocol success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", mthe ability to harmonize flight operations with the clinical precision required for NCAA Regulations, Quality Audit Programs, and Fatigue Risk Management. This role is designed for an "Aviation Architect", specifically a professional with at least 3 years of experience in an airline environment who can blend "Regulatory Grit" (implementing airworthiness and civil aviation requirements) with the "Analytical Agility" required to monitor crew currency, flight duty periods, and subcontractor performance.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Quality Governance
Compliance Sovereignty: Monitor flight operations’ adherence to Civil Aviation Regulations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Alignment."
Audit Architecture: Implement the Quality Audit Program to meet company and authority goals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational integrity.
Integrity Stewardship: Establish and administer a follow-up system for discrepancies, ensuring the "Source of Corrective Action" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Crew Performance Logic
Currency Sovereignty: Monitor dispatchers, flight crew, and cabin crew for medical, license, and simulator training currency, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Readiness."
Fatigue Architecture: Monitor flight and duty periods to ensure operations remain within regulatory limits, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fatigue risk management.
Data Stewardship: Collect and analyze operational flight data, maintaining the "Source of Training Improvement" for the IOCC and flight crews.
3. Operational Integrity & Partner Power
Subcontractor Sovereignty: Monitor performance and implementation of SMS/QMS goals across suppliers and subcontractors, acting as the primary "Source of External Compliance."
Advisory Architecture: Counsel the Flight Operations department on fulfilling authority requirements and industry best practices, providing the "Relational Foundation" for continuous improvement.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Aeronautical Engineering or Pilot/Dispatcher expertise to accelerate the "Audit-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Safety Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education/Licensure: Holder of a Degree/Diploma in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering; OR a holder of a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Flight Dispatcher License, or Cabin Crew License.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within a commercial or private airline.
Qualification: Must hold a formal Auditor qualification.
Regulation: Highly conversant with Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) requirements and procedures.
