Job Description:

The FinTech Engineer & Digital Finance Architect will design, develop, and implement innovative digital financial solutions that promote financial inclusion and strengthen digital financial ecosystems. This role focuses on building secure and scalable financial systems, including digital wallets, embedded finance platforms, blockchain-based solutions, and alternative lending models specifically tailored for underserved and emerging markets.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in fintech engineering or digital finance system design.
• Proficiency in backend development, API design, and integration.
• Knowledge of blockchain, digital wallets, and alternative lending platforms.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and security-first system design.
• Familiarity with donor-funded or financial inclusion initiatives is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
