Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Financial Sales Executive to anchor our global wealth engine at Smart Wealth. In the competitive U.S. financial landscape, success is defined by "Persuasion Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize near-native English fluency with the clinical precision required for outbound lead conversion, wealth solution presentation, and international relationship management. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with a First-Class degree or strong academic background who can blend "Communication Grit" (making outbound calls to American prospects) with the "Technical Agility" required to work within the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM WAT window to align with U.S. business hours.

Requirements:

1. Outreach Orchestration & Trust Governance

  • Prospecting Sovereignty: Conduct high-velocity outbound calls to prospective clients, acting as the primary "Source of Introduction" for Smart Wealth’s financial ecosystem.

  • Rapport Architecture: Build and maintain high-fidelity relationships with international clients (primarily U.S.-based), ensuring every interaction acts as a "Source of Trust."

  • Presentation Logic: Present complex financial opportunities in a clear, compelling, and clinical manner, ensuring the "Value Proposition" is understood across borders.

2. Performance Resilience & Revenue Logic

  • Target Sovereignty: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales targets, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" required for global scaling.

  • Negotiation Power: Utilize elite persuasion and negotiation skills to guide prospects toward informed financial commitments, acting as a "Source of Resolution" for client concerns.

  • Professional Stewardship: Maintain millimetric accuracy and professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring the "Source of Reputation" for Smart Wealth remains elite.

3. Operational Grit & Global Synergy

  • Time-Zone Sovereignty: Operate with high-velocity focus during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM WAT window, ensuring synchronous alignment with U.S. client availability.

  • Remote Architecture: Maintain a "Zero-Distraction" home office environment, providing the "Acoustic Integrity" necessary for high-stakes international financial consultations.

  • Growth Mindset: Transition through an intensive 3-day to 1-week training and a 1-month probation period to act as a "Source of Excellence" within the fast-paced team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
