Job Description:

We are a reputable financial institution seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to lead our finance team. This is a critical role for a professional dedicated to driving operational excellence and financial integrity.

Requirements:

• Transaction & Account Management: Oversee and reconcile complex financial transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver precise financial reports and statements to support stakeholder decision-making.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to industry regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.

• Strategic Analysis: Analyze financial trends and data to provide actionable recommendations for business growth and efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to influence business decisions and support company goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in accounting or finance.

• Certification: Possession of a professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, etc.) is considered a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships effectively.
