Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to drive insightful and prescriptive analysis of our business operations and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic approach to problem-solving and the ability to leverage Big Data to deliver strategic value. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial health by uncovering deep-lying performance drivers and providing actionable intelligence to business leaders.

Requirements:

• Performance Optimization: Analyze business unit performance to identify and quantify primary and secondary drivers.

• Collaborative Analysis: Partner with business unit data analysts to evaluate the ROI and impact of strategic initiatives.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive cash and non-cash P&L statements to determine profitability across different units and geographies.

• Strategic Support: Deliver high-level analytical support to resolve complex financial queries and support organizational challenges.

• Ad-hoc Reporting: Generate precise, time-sensitive financial reports as requested by the FP&A Manager.

• Trend Monitoring: Maintain logs of outlier events and rigorously assess their impact on overall business results.

• Unit Economics: Oversee the maintenance of monthly unit economics reporting, categorized by product and business line.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FMVA) is highly desirable.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a closely related role.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (including macros), PowerPoint, and major accounting software packages.

• Requirement: Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is required.
