We provide financial management services to entrepreneurs, start-ups, small businesses, retail investors, and other prospective clients, with up-to-date business and investing guides and personal financial information from within Nigeria and the world at large.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Lead Macroeconomic and financial market research, focusing on trends, risks, and opportunities across local and global markets. 
• Produce high-quality reports, forecasts, and thought leadership pieces on economic indicators, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, monetary/fiscal policy, and capital markets.
• Oversee a team of analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in all deliverables.
• Represent the Company in media interviews, webinars, and industry panels.
• Collaborate with the Editorial/media team to shape research-driven content.
• Provide actionable intelligence to investors, clients, and the public.
• Develop and maintain key financial models and databases
• Monitor and interpret policy decisions, market developments, and geopolitical events that may impact the economy and financial markets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the government, private sector, and academia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, Economics or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial research, economic analysis or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic theory and its application to the financial markets.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Eikon, Power BI or Python /R (a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skils.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Media or public speaking experience is an added advantage
